We offer a wide array of complimentary services to enhance your event. One of these services is our friendly staff of Guest Services Ambassadors. This group is easily distinguished by their red blazers and are strategically stationed throughout the facility in key areas to provide wayfinding and assist with questions for your event attendees.
Our Guest Services Ambassadors go through extensive training and are experts on our facilities. They can quickly and easily help guests locate meeting rooms, exhibit halls, food service locations, Business Centers, ATMs and more. In addition, they are also a great resource in regards to the city of Boston. Most of these team members have lived in or around Boston all of their lives and are more than happy to provide a restaurant recommendation or suggest fun things to do while exploring the city.
There is also a wide array of additional à la carte services our Guest Services Ambassadors can offer. This team can work with each event to provide a customized, more personal option for staffing, either in place of or as a supplement to additional temporary staffing services. These services include, but are not limited to:

In the past, our Guest Services Ambassadors have assisted guests with wayfinding during a graduation in our ballroom, counted attendees at a year-end corporate celebration, and collected tickets at some of our annual gate shows.
