Must-Visit Coffee Shops Near Our Convention Centers (Part II)

We’re excited to welcome back the Specialty Coffee Expo at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) between April 8-10! The last time we hosted Specialty Coffee at the BCEC was in 2019 and the show attracted a record number of 14,000 attendees and exhibitors

Specialty Coffee Expo is the largest coffee event in North America and the best place to discover the latest trends, innovations, and education in specialty coffee. The event brings together coffee professionals, roasters, and coffee retailers to showcase their products , as well as meet and network with a wide range of industry insiders.

In honor of this great event, we are thrilled to share with you some of the finest coffee shops in close proximity to the BCEC and the Hynes

>>Check out part one in this series for more of the highest rated coffee shops within walking distance of our convention centers.

Jaho’s mission is to help the coffee-loving community discover locally-owned coffee shops anywhere in the United States.

Broadway's Pastry & Coffee Shop
0.5 mile from BCEC: 250 W Broadway

Want to discover a cozy spot in the neighborhood and enjoy dessert with a cup of coffee ? This is the place for you! Broadway's Pastry & Coffee Shop opened in 2015 as the first coffee shop in South Boston to serve “Guglielmo Coffee” exclusively, and their food menu features modern European pastries with American flavors and local influences.

Café Susu by Suit-Supply
0.1 mile from the Hynes:  240A Newbury St

Café Susu is a hidden gem on Newbury Street: from the outside, you will hardly notice that there is a coffee shop. It is located below Suit Supply and bumped up against the sewing room that lives below the retail space. This trendy and elegant little café serves great coffee drinks, flavorful teas, and a variety of delicious sandwiches, salads, and pastries!

If you are not a coffee drinker, but still want something warm,  we recommend a rich mug of hot chocolate from L.A. Burdick Chocolates or Amorino in Back Bay, Boston.
