These attractive new additions enhance the culinary experience for all visitors, offering convenience, variety, and quality.
Market on Summer
Market on Summer revolutionizes the way we grab a quick bite. The “Frictionless Market” uses cutting-edge Amazon Go technology, making it both cashless and cashier-less. Offering 24-hour operation, simply scan your credit card, take the items you want, and leave. Cameras and scales track what you take, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Highlights include:
- Hot and cold grab-and-go options for breakfast and lunch, pre-made salads and sandwiches, frittatas, and hot bowls
- Ambassadors on site to assist if needed
- Self-serve coffee drinks available when ambassadors are on site
- A collection of Boston souvenirs
- Detailed food labeling with ingredients and expiration dates
- Non-perishable items always in stock, with perishable items available upon request with 48-hours' notice
Market on Summer replaces traditional concessions, offering a modern alternative. In addition to being an easy grab-and-go option for attendees, it’s perfect for groups needing food and beverage options during move-in and move-out periods. Comfortable seating is provided along the brick wall opposite the market.
Unconventional Café
Unconventional Café brings the quality and ambiance of popular chains like Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Caffè Nero to the convention center. This new café serves coffee, pastries, and lunch items, with food prepared using high-speed panini machines.
Highlights include:
- Made-to-order elevated sandwiches, salads, and soups, prepared by the Levy Food Services Team
- Digital screens for menus
- Café countertop seating
