Marquee
The Marquee catches attendees’ attention from more than half a mile away! With our newest renovations, the Marquee can display high-definition images, videos, and texts, providing an elevated visual experience. Located in the heart of the Seaport District, just outside of the MCEC along Summer Street, the Marquee reaches more than 225,000 people on a daily basis who pass the convention center on foot and in vehicles. With a display area of 3,000 square feet and eighty feet tall, our Marquee provides a high-profile opportunity for branding, welcome messages, sponsor content, and ultimately revenue generation throughout your event.
Video Wall
Our Video Wall immediately captures attention as guests enter the MCEC’s North Lobby, creating a striking first impression. This expansive display - 160 feet wide and 12 feet tall - delivers a stunning, high-definition visual experience, perfect for welcoming and engaging your audience upon arrival. This is an opportunity to inform and highlight major events and announcements during conferences. Our recent renovations improve reach across the lobby, ensuring your signage is clear, impactful, and easy to view from a distance and multiple angles.
Digital Signage Network
As attendees navigate your event, they will encounter ten 65-inch and thirty 98-inch high-definition LED screens strategically positioned throughout the MCEC, providing greater visibility for your brand. The screens can highlight speakers, breakout sessions, future events, sponsors, social media, schedules, live updates, photos, and videos. They can also serve as a lucrative revenue generator.
UnConventional Boston Podcast Studio
Situated on Meeting Level One and overlooking Exhibit Hall C, you will find the UnConventional Boston Podcast Studio. Our podcast studio is equipped with top-quality sound recording technology and 4K video capabilities, a sound engineer, and a digital display for your custom content. The studio is fully soundproof to ensure high-quality recordings. Two setup options are available: comfortable armchairs for a conversation or interview, or a table for four to support a more interactive discussion.
Wireless Network
Our wireless network sponsorship packages help you extend your on-site branding reach while unlocking new sponsorship revenue opportunities. The MCEC offers free Wi-Fi to all attendees with more than five hundred access points across the MCEC. Our infrastructure supports over 35,000 simultaneous device connections, ensuring reliable, high-capacity coverage for your entire event.
