A dual-branded hotel has broken ground this week in Boston’s Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, located a short distance away from the BCEC. The $176 million Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport will be a 14-story, 400-room hotel building at 660 Seaport Blvd.
The property will also include 7,400 square feet of prime restaurant and retail space, fitness center, heated pool, business center, complimentary breakfast, nearly 60 valet parking spaces, and an outdoor terrace.
