How to Access the Meeting Planner Toolkit
To navigate to the Toolkit, you’ll want to go to the Plan section of the website. You can go to the Toolkit from the drop-down menu, the navigation subheader, or the section on the Plan page.
You’ll be asked to log-in with your email and the password you have been provided. You can contact us if you need assistance with setting up your account.

Upon logging in, you’ll be welcomed to the Meeting Planner Toolkit portal where you’ll find various useful resources.
Here you’ll find photo galleries, floor plans, promotional copy you can use in your marketing, videos, maps, fact sheets, planning guides, and more.
