This video gaming show attracts tens of thousands of fans over four days; with event hours of 10:00am through midnight. Needless to say, with tons of exhibits to check out, activities to participate in, and long hours of gaming, we have a LOT of hungry gamers on our hands. And that is where Levy Restaurants steps in. The culinary team puts on their thinking chef hats (beginning in January!) and together come up with a slew of food creations sure to wow this very unique crowd of attendees. Every year they step up their game and come up with some crazy concoctions… and we’re always excited to see what they come up with next! This morning we took a tour with the BCEC’s Executive Chef to check out what they’re up to this year.
